Use the SkinStudio program that cames with Object Desktop subscription.
For making the graphics, do you need any bitmap manipulation program such Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or The Gimp (this is free).
Try to make your own graphics. Don't worry if the first results aren't good, try again!
If you use graphics made by others (such buttons, logos and others), request permision before to the respective author.
