Drag-to-close hot corner

I disabled all hot corners in windows 8 using the Start8 but when in desktop mode when going at the top of the screen the cursor still changing in the hand tool, although it doesn't do the drag-to-close but changing in hand tool is still so annoying................

Is there any way to disable that cursor icon change.... ?

You can try Skip Metro Suite, and just enable the Drag-to-Close (hand) box (uncheck all other boxes); and see if Start8 and it plays well together. If they do you're good to go, and if not, then uncheck *all* of Skip Metro Suite boxes, click on its Save Settings, exit it, and delete the program if you have no further need of it.
