Deskscapes blank screen

Morning like a fool I downloaded the new deskscapes 8 and then found out thats its for windows 8,now my deskscapes go blank when I apply any video to my desktop, has anybody have a idea whats wrong.

DeskScapes 8 is for Windows 7 and Windows 8.

Which OS are you on?

okay I have reset the desktop setting and i have reinstalled DS3 and it still does the same when I choose a new deskscape it flashes on the screen for 1 second and then the screen goes blank there must /be a answer to this somebody.

My advice: let it go Martin. I got as advice to update my videodrivers. Yeah right. From catalyst 13.1 to 13.2 for an old radeon 7950. That'll do the trick. I'm not even going to try because i  have to do a complete system restore to get my computer running again.

Stardock has gone over to the dark side, so from now on all updates are windows 7 backwards compatible as luck will have it.

i just use deskscapes 3, d8 offers no real advantages
