DeskScapes8 Beta causes Fences2 to lock icons

Greetings,

OS: Win8 Pro with Fences2 installed

Interesting behavior I have been seeing. If I install DeskScapes8 Beta, the icons already in place in Fences2 will lock... meaning they cannot be moved.. or the fences themselves. I get a slash circle mouse icon when attempting to move any of the icons.

Issue is resolved if DeskScapes8 Beta is removed and system restarted.

Registry entries for explorer don't seem to have any effect on icon state.

Hello,

This is a known issue and being worked on. In the mean time, try logging out of Windows 8 and then back in (not rebooting). This should resolve your issue.

I am still experiencing this issue. I have deskscapes 8.00 and fences 2.09(beta) running.

No, the last version (no beta) of the products have yet the problem.
