bug hand top v1.11

Hi, 

On ver 1.11, there is a annoying bug. If i go to the left corner, i have only the left corner enabled, then the hand is always enabled to drop the desktop if i am on the top of the desktop, all over the place. I can pull the desktop.

 

Please fix this bug...

Just so I am clear, you can click anywhere on the desktop and drag it, or you have to click on the top 4 pixels of the desktop?

If you have the configuration of only the left hot corner enabled.

If you go to that corner, and then go away. Your desktop will be draggable all over your top monitor. So if you go to the top dekstop, any part of the top desktop you can drag it down.

Please fix this.
