I'm very glad about Start8, it has more or less the same functionality of Start in Windows 7, with some good features more, like the possibility of manage Metro apps. it still has some very little bugs that I and other users noted, and I'm sure that they will be fixed soon. Thank you for your hard work.
If the "desktop" functionality is almost perfect, the only things that should be improved concern the Modern UI apps.
In particular, I'm pretty sure that a lot of Windows 8 users would appreciate a lot:
1) the possibility to launch the new Metro apps onto the Desktop, in a window, like every other program. MetroUI has this feature, but it's very limited.

2) It would be also great if the Windows 8 menu should be launched not on full screen, but "embedded" into the desktop, like other programs do, like the open-source Start Menu Modifier. I think that Windows 8 start togheter with the taskbar should be a lot more usable.
3) If it's possible, would be great to see an icon in the taskbar even for the Metro Apps, in order to treat them like a real desktop app.
I think that, with these 3 features, we could talk about a real Desktop Edition of Windows 8 (in particular, the first 2 features are certainly possible to be realised, because it already exists something similar) and I think that Start8 would be appreciated and purchased by a wider amount of users.
