Decor 8 doesn't work!

I have installed Décor 8 on my Toshiba laptop. It seems no matter what background pictures I select (even "all" shuffled at 30 seconds) nothing changes in the background. The background remains what is selected in the Windows 8 control panel. No matter what I select in Décor 8 it seems to be de-activated. What am I missing? I don't see a save button on the Decorate 8 screen. Do I need to press additional keys to save and activate my selections? The program has been registered successfully using the long string of numbers and digits I was given at the time of purchase. I don't think I could get to the options screen without it.

Resolved!

 

I installed the Decor8 update and now it performs as advertised. Don't know what happened with the first install, but update seems to have fixed my problems.
