Windows have background focus.

I have 2 problems when windowfx is running.

1. Windows open with a background focus Ie. I click to install a program (any program) and it starts it's window behind the current one (either firefox,windows explorer, whatever it makes no difference) I click install it then looses focus and goes to the back asking for the install path. I have turned WindowsFX off and these widndows stay on top.

2. every now and then when I drag a window it becomes invisable. But If i let go and drag it for a second time it's ALWAYS visable.
