Bug: impossible to close snapped Windows 8 apps

when the Charm Bar is disabled

As the title says, I disabled the Charm Bar and I found 2 bugs:

1) As I wanted, the desktop can no longer be closed as a Windows 8 app (grabbing it from the top to the bottom of the screen), but the top 4 pixels are still unusable (this is a very little bug, but maybe it should be simple to fix);

2) It's impossible to close Windows 8 snapped apps when Desktop occupies the greatest part of the screen.

It seems that when the Charm Bar is disabled, and then the desktop can no longer be closed as a Windows 8 app, it influences also the snapped App.

I attach a screenshot to make it easier to understand, I pointed out that the "little hand", that allows to grab the Windows 8 native application, does not appear.

You can close it by moving the slider left, or the grabber should show if you try to grab further left.

The next update of Start8 should improve this.

Edit: the problem has been partially correct in 1.11 Beta version of Start8.

However, a new problem occurs in the new version.

When I disable the Charms Bar, in the 1.11 version, finally is again possible to drag the desktop as a Windows 8 app, and then use the Snapped view correctly.

But when i put the mouse pointer in the top RIGHT corner, the "little hand" that appears in the top 4 pixels of Desktop, used to drag it as a Windows 8 app, doesn't apper. Only the mouse pointer is shown (as it used to happen in the 1.10 version of Start8).

Indeed, when I put the mouse pointer in the top LEFT corner, the hand is shown again.
