[1.12] Bug - Sovereign apears in the water during tactical combat

I've been playing with 1.12 for a while, and last night is the first time I experienced it.

If there is a body of water nearby, my sovereign appears there and I can't get out of the water.

I wasn't able to get a screen shot. Hopefully this has been reported by others and fixed in 1.20
