New customer, having troubles

So I've been a long time player of the original Sins of a Solar Empire, so I just recently decided to purchase new Rebellion expansion due to a more recent knee injury.  Well I usually purchase games in the store, and I was working my way through the process of getting the digital copy, but I didn't get an email after my "purchase".  So now I'm confused as to even if it went through.  I don't want to put it through again which would cause me to incur another charge on my card if it's just locked up in some sort of process that I don't understand. Any insight would be appreciated, as it doesn't appear in my history or anything in your browser, yet I do have an invoice from paypal.

Do not repurchase. Sometimes if your billing details don't exactly match up or there is some other discrepancy with your order, it needs someone from sales/support to approve it and let it go through (which they regularly check for and do), and that is likely what happened here.
