How to get back Viev icon in fence header?

Somehow I disbled this icon from being visible in fence header, so it keeps clean, only with fence name. Now I want to change the view of files in folder portal (BTW; why it is changing on its own?) and I can't figure out how to make view icon visible again Please advise!
