Recovering my stardock in windows 7

I just installed windoes 7 trying to recover my florida gators theme in my colors. I went to my account and downloaded file but the gator theme is not there. Just aero and some green stuff, does it work with windoews 7?

You will have to enter the serial for the Gator theme.
