Mutliple displays on primary - secondaries not lining up right

I'm having trouble with Multiplicity's discovery of multiple monitors on my primary system.

I've linked to a screenshot that shows the issue (Win8 64 btw).

The screenshot shows monitor 1 under monitor 2. They are actually arranged as 2 under 1, with 2 set as the primary monitor. I can't rearrange them no matter what, so what I end up having to do is go UP to monitor 1 and then over to the secondary REDPILL.Then to come back I have to go across and down, even though monitor 2 is "next to" the secondary.

It would be very nice if the advanced grid config allowed me to arrange monitors as well as systems ...

Ideas?

If you added a second monitor to redpill32 it would work as you want . . but with only one monitor on your primary it will only map to monitor 1 on the secondary.
