Explorer Crashes

Lately I have been having a problem with frequent windows explorer crashes caused by wblind64.dll. I am running Win 7 (x64) and I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it. This is an excerpt from one of  the relevant Event Viewer records.
