Bug: Entry names with exclamation mark are not shown

Hi there!

I think I've found a small bug: Start menu entries containing an exclamation mark (!) in their name are only shown with their icon (empty space on the right of the icon). This refers to the main start menu. In the "All Programs" menu the corresponding entries are shown correctly (with their name).

Checked with:
Start8 1.03 and 1.1 BETA 2 (as shown in About)
Windows 8 Pro x64 German

Oh this was the bug I pointed out in the case of 'Plus! Alarm Clock' which also showed an empty icon in the MFU list.

No, I am using English but items with exclamation mark show with empty space in MFU list. Here is the thread where I posted it: https://forums.stardock.com/436409 At that time we were unable to figure out what causes it. Now you have figured it out, exclamation marks in the name cause it. :D

I can confirm that Start8 1.1 RC doesn't have the problem anymore. Thanks for fixing it.  B)
