[Solved] Worked for two weeks, now Nothing happens

So, I installed and activated Start8 a few weeks ago... no problem at all with that... and it's been working perfectly.

 

now just out of the blue today, it doesn't do anything when i click to open the menu. The configure window won't open. Nothing related to Start8 will work for me...

 

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing. Nothing changes. I'm completely stumped. I haven't installed anything new lately, I haven't updated windows... I don't know what Version of Start8 I have, because I cant open up anything to see it.

Please download and run the following utility: http://sd.stardock.com/SDSupportTool.exe

This is a tool that we use to gather relevant log files and basic information about your computer. Once the utility finishes running, please send the .zip file it creates on the desktop to support@stardock.com

Download the latest version from Stardock and install that.

From the symptoms it sounds like your version was corrupted in some way.

No they have not.

If you are encountering any problems simply download the latest version from Stardock and reinstall it as it sounds like your install is corrupted.

I can assure you Microsoft have not blocked Start8.

I install all version on two diffrent computers with fresh Windows 8 with all updates. Default style doesn't WORK!

Well, I still don't get it... but... Installing the Beta version worked. I dont get why it stopped working and reinstalling my old version didn't work... but... oh well.
