Never again! So this app really screws up Win8 framework. This worked for me hope it helps someone else.

re-install decor8

DO NOT select the trial prompt just X out of it.

Use EnhanceMy8 and end process tree for  all processes and services for decor8 

next open file location for decor8 and run the two files that say DeElevate

next make sure all decor8 processes are still stopped

now use EnhanceMy8 and open the registry location for decor8

go to the tool bar in registry and delete decor8 folder. All Done... :thumbsup:

Can I ask what problem you had as it seems all you have done is delete the product and the registry keys which is exactly what the uninstaller does.

Decor8 makes no changes to any OS files and if it is uninstalled your system should be back to normal.

Note that a reboot is recommended as otherwise it may remain stuck on the last background until after rebooting.
