Purchased Fences but can't register it

I purchased Fences but am unable to get it to register.  I've tried following the instructions but am getting very frustrated.  I created a support ticket a week ago but haven't heard from anyone.  TNW-410-62224

Also, this version of Fences seems to have caused my second moniter to not recognize the Windows+D command to minimize everything to show the desktop.  This is very inconvienent, is there a fix for this?

I assume you are clicking the unlock fences button on the purchase screen?

At that screen you should just enter your e-mail address that you purchased under and your password and it should activate the product for you.

Aw yea. Mine was, I guess, on the 11th then the 14th. Then another one earlier today. I think. Anyhow. o.O

I'm having the same problem. Open ticket for almost a week now, and I haven't received a response since Monday. These guys must be super busy or something. Wish I could find a telephone number to call.
