Hi can anybody here help me how to recover licenses for the program Winstart 8 Pro. I bought the program and I can not activate it because it shows the message Invalid serial number

Hello.  I don't see a purchase for this email.  If you have a serial or an order number you should contact support@stardock.com so we can see what is going on.

I'm at home and cannot open the pdf but it looks like your ticket is for WinStartPro.  That's not a Stardock product. Are you sure you have the right company?

I looked at your receipt in the ticket . . . you bought another product from someone else.

And I show no record of Start8 with the email used here.
