Wants to uninstall some thing that is no longer there

Fallen Enchantress

Uninstalled it due to some system issue's (and game crashes).  I then tried to re-install Fallen Enchantress, but it kept trying to uninstall a game that was no longer there; or shouldn't be.  Apparently the uninstall did not work correctly.  I then deleted every thing with "Fallen Enchantress" off of my hard drive, but it still wouldn't work.  I also noticed it was still listed as a program in Control Panel/Uninstall a program.  I then used Revo Uninstaller to dig it out of my registry.  It no longer appears in Control Panel/Uninstall a program, but the problem still persist.  :(

Solution

Aight.  Game appears to be working.  For the sake of other's that will have this problem here's how I got it to work.  Do not use the Stardock program to set up the game.  You can use the down loader to load the zipped file's on to your hard drive, but after that leave it alone.  I used another program to unzip them.  I then clicked on the Fallen Enchantress Application, plugged in the key code to register it and away I went.  I haven't actually played a game with it just yet, but the game launched to the opening screen so I should be good to go.

true, more or less what i did also, but seemed to me that the sdc plainly execute the downloaded file.
