Found it!

The jump list separator text color is pulled from the following:

Start Menu -> Right hand side -> Places list -> Text -> Text colour

I knew it could be changed since the color is different in other skins.  Also, changing the skin color "Color 1" from white changed it.

I wonder if the link between Start -> Right -> Places and Jump List separators is by design, a bug in Windows, or a bug in WindowBlinds/SkinStudio.

I just changed all of the text color settings where you indicated and there was no change in the jump list separator color?

I didn't change the master color for colour 1.

edit** changed the colour1 and that didn't do anything either?

Just tried it here too, made no difference whatsoever.

That works if you don't have an Item Mouseover. If you do, then the Jumplist text color is determined by the Item Mouseover Normal color.

Well I did, but after doing what you said my separator color did not change and since I am using an Item Mouseover image I assumed what Xiandi was saying would be the answer, but I have not tested that yet. Are you using the Item Mouseover image in your skin?

the mouseover image for the jump list is the same image that is used for the start menu. Just checked, dropping that image only makes the default "selected item" color to be used.
