A question about using two computers (or more)

Hi i just bought stardock (Waiting for activation) I bought it for my windows 7 computer. Then i saw that there was a button for windows 8 (Start button)

I recently bought windows 8 (Activated in my virutal box)

 

So my question is if i can activate what i want on my windows 7 computer and activate what i want on my windows 8 computer

 

 

 

In a simple way: Can i activate stardock on two computers (Same ip)
