By pinned applications do you mean you have pinned more than would fit, or is that actually one of the most frequently used applications?

The first. I dont use most frequently used applications.

This IS fixed in 1.03 at least on first start.

Ahh sorry pinned apps. You need to increase the number of items space is allocated for. You have pinned more than you allocated space for.
