Same question here:  (1) softcopy of an installation, configuration, and user guide with step-by-step annotations (pictures included), (2) troubleshooting.

Also, how to use it... not a features list - I can get that from marketing.

Software without documentation is useless.  IBM certainly sets the bar for some of the best.

Same again please. A step-by-step how-to would be great.

Primary...Win7 Ult home

Secondary...Vista SP2 home premium

We are working on documentation.

To be clear though, Multiplicity is not a remote desktop application. It is an application that allows your mouse and keyboard to go from one PC's monitor to another PC's monitor just by moving your mouse across computers It's similar to a KVM switch, without the switch and with file and clipboard copying.

You can type on your single, primary keyboard and the key-strokes will go to whichever PC has focus. You will not see the secondary screen contents on the primary monitor.

Once you add the secondary computer on the primary grid representing it is in the physical world, moving your mouse across computers is natural. (http://sd.stardock.com/zubaz/images/2012-11-13_1438.png)

You can post your question here or email support@stardock.com and we will try to get you up and running.

Yes I was wanting some sort of documentation too. But, it's very simple. Just what this person said.. that's all you need to know.  I think they need to say, think simple or easy with this on the download page.

Absolutely my favorite, most used, and helpful app. Thanks Stardock, I was hoping there was something like this when I did a search.  A must. Particularly if you use two computers close to each other.

Not sure what the alignment thing is for. But, I've never had any issues.
