PhotoShop 7

Can anyone tell me what an opened unused (uncopied), unregistered, boxed copy of Photoshop 7 is worth please?

I got one for free and would like to sell it on ebay or whatever. Cheers. I already have PS 5.5 and it does just fine for me.

I use 5.5 too, and I think it's just fine as well! I tried a demo of 6 when it came out, but I just couldn't get along with it. I don't know how much you would get for your copy of 7, but if you didn't pay for it then I guess that whatever you get for it is a bonus. I hope you sell it!

I was reading the post by [evil] ofaj earlier, made me feel kind of guilty for not turning my creative hand to skinning.

I've used my 100mb of free bandwidth and stopped downloading stuff now. I use XP now so only visit here to have a look at the wallpapers I'm missing out on. Just pop by to see if "Angel of the " or "Adni18" has submitted any new ones. They're my favourite.

I do enjoy drawing, + making wallpapers for my own use. So I might install version 7 and really go at and produce a couple of walls for submission. And it would add something to my resume too.

I guess I should be grateful for the gift I received from Adobe, I didn't win it, or steal it, it was a present from someone I occasionally chat to on the phone. So I should really honour that.

I've made myself feel bad now.

Laters all, and keep up the excellent work. Even if I can't use it anymore (until I get my pencil in gear and produce my own)

I can only imagine the bandwidth needed to run this site for leeches like me. As that is all I am at the moment.

I haven't contributed in one single way. I even put up with the nag screens on the software [when I use it].

(Like I say I don't download from here anymore, just like to browse in my quiet periods at work, so I can't be using too much bandwidth in comparison)

Maybe after pay day, and when I get into skinning properly I will subscribe and get the new Object desktop CD too. [Maybe].

I did install my copy of PS7 last night, and started to make some close buttons. I guess they are like elipses on a 45 degree angle. So in a few weeks or two, you might see a lame contribution from me.

As it is, WindowBlinds is one of those things I'll use once in a while for a week or so. And I'm on XP now, so just stick with the luna, or use themexp.org for a theme.

I honestly don't think that my individual use is worth $20. Maybe if I paid per skin, or per wallpaper, then yes I would happily put 50p in the meter to use it for a while.

I'm not a pikey who expects everything for free. I run my own site, and get nothing back what so ever. On a smaller scale I know, but I get nothing back from my outlay. That's a 100% loss.

I hope that the major players keep up the excellent work. It's inspirational to see some of the work you all produce.
