Aero or Classic error (and shortcut issues)

This isn't major, but is so annoying. Every once in a while I get these rectangular error boxes stating 'Fences cannot operate in Classic Mode'.

faq: My desktop is never in classic mode

and Fences is working as it should as these error boxes pop. Today while using Chrome and watching a streamed video clip I came back to the desktop finding 8 of these boxes overlapping. That's just weird, weird, weird.

problem 2.

I work off my desktop. When I test  a program and it creates a desktop shortcut the icon's NEVER got to the correct Fences window, I always have to drag them. Am utilizing Fences own setup defaults at the moment and fences is definitely not adhering to it's own default. Shortcuts got to the window titled 'Programs' but this does not take place with newly created shortcuts regardless, even if I create them manually.

I have tried every modification to the placement settings and think I have a good understanding. I don't see conflict among the settings that I know of either.

Anything else relating to placement, custom or inherent is almost perfect  far as I can tell. But not shortcuts. Confusing.

Where's the error coming from and why the organizational error?

Any idea?

I believe that one has been resolved in recent update/s [the repeated error messages]...but while you are "Chrome and watching a streamed video clip "  Aero is likely disabled, hence the message[s]....;)

Chrome disabling Aero? If Chrome disabled Aero Chrome would look different, especially it's borders. And since I do that often with both Chrome & Firefox you'd think it would have happened like that before. I'd like to blame a browser, but the error has popped up at other random times (over time) and browser's were either shut down, or idling minimized.

I failed to mention today's incident with Chrome running was a first. It happens when Aero is obviously on. The times seem random and I've come to conclusion that a interrupt's response is either wrong or misinterpreted.

Is my fault for adding weight to Chrome. When these error's pop there's usually 1 to as many as 3.

Bottom line here is I am seeing an error notification that is just not happening or taking place.

UPDATE: Thanks to you I checked for an update. Maybe it will solve the issue. Time will tell.

Thanks Jaffo!
