Latest Windowblinds 7 on Windows 7 SP1 x64

Hi,

Why, when I have Windowblinds active, why does the whole desktop drop about 1/4 of an inch when I try to access my right click context menu and then pop back up about a second or two later before my right click menu comes up?

My Windowblinds is installed properly as shown in the image.
