Tri-state behaviour for the Windows Key

Hi,

I was wondering if it'd be possible to implement a tri-state behaviour for Windows Key:

  • If we're in de Desktop, then switch to Windows 8 start menu
  • If we're in a Windows 8 App, then switch to the Windows 8 Start menu
  • If we're in the Windows 8 Start menu, then switch to the Desktop

This would make so much sense to me and do proper justice to both working environments.
