change language

Hello. I have start8 on my tow pc's. 

On the first one I dowloaded language pack for win8 before I installed start8. This computer got my norwegian language in start8. 

but my second pc. I installed the language pack after I installed start8. Now for some reason I can get start8 to change the language to norwegian even so I have changed the language to norwegian and deleted the english language pack. 

I have uninstalled start8 now 3 times and downloaded it over again but than I get the same preferences as I had before I unistalled it. When i try to run the uninstal file in start8 folder as administrator I get this messige   "invalid start mode: archive file name"

Start8 did not change language although I installed Korean language pack for Windows 8. I hope to change language from English to Korean for my grandparent who doesn't know English well. I installed Korean language pack for Windows 8 BEFORE installing Start8. Should I install Korean language pack for Windows 8 AFTER installing Start8?

As I replied to your earlier post, if you installed a language pack on a US english install Start8 1.0 is not picking up the new language.  Version 1.01 which should be out this week will resolve this.
