[0.99][Bug] ZOC lines dissapear

Sometimes when playing through a game, the ZOC will simply dissapear. I only really noticed it when Tarth kicked me out of their kingdom for tromping around one of their outposts - I thought I was just exploring open land!
A game exit will get the ZOCs back, so save-game file would be useless - I'll try and get a screen shot of it next time it happens.
