Reordering Applications in Start Menu

Dear all,

it seems that reordering of (pinned or nonpinned) applications in the start menu is not working. For me, it shows the drag icon + a line indicating where the application will be inserted, but nothing happens after I release the mouse key.

Would be great if this could be fixed!

Try dragging to the very top of the list.  Is the item not inserted as a pinned item and put at the top?

OK let me rephrase.

What you said works (i.e. dragging a "last-used-application" up to the pinned-apps-list and releasing the mouse makes it a pinned item).

What I meant is REORDERING ALREADY PINNED applications  I cannot see how to do this.

And, secondly, moving applications back out of pinned to "non-pinned" does not work either. I can do this with right-click and "unpin", but it would be nicer to just drag it.

I agree.  REORDERING of pinned applications is broken.

Other than this .... It works pretty darn good.  I think you will sell a boat load when 8 actually hits customers.

I'm not having any trouble reordering my pinned apps here (tried on 2 computers).  Shoot support@stardock.com an email so we can see what else might be going on.

For me the reordering is completely broken. The line that pops up while dragging an item is not in-line with my cursor and dropping the icons down just places them randomly somewhere in the list. Tried changing the size of the start menu but doesn't seem to have any effect.

Are you using the OS standard 100% dpi mode, or have you changed it to something else?

The line appears showing where it would be inserted.
