[.952] Insane AI Magnar 152 Attack and 16! +8 Burning Blade Spells Stacked

As the title says, was playing a reasonably enjoyable game as stock Gilden up until Mangar declared war on me.  Needless to say an AI Sov with 152 Attack, equiped a boreal blade, had +3 cutting bonus, and had choosen path of the warrior, of course the real issue was the sixteen burning blades spells at +8 each that were stacked on top of each other.  I hope this was a bug, cause needless to say, the sovereign was invincible.  I know it is a beta, but if you can only have one enchantment this is pretty much a deal breaker. The16 * 8 is 128 attack, which is all fire damage.

I can do you one better, I had a female Urxen sovereign with 10 evades. Her dodge was over 100. Nothing ever hit her. I actually defeated her with that fire shield doing damage to her everytime she hit my Gladiator dude. 

 

I am sure its a bug, but the fight turned out being a challenge.

Does this bug still exist in 0.98 or 0.981?  I haven't seen it yet, but that doesn't mean it has necessarily been squashed.

Increasing the difficulty definitely adds to enemy Sov power. I am not sure on the specifics, but they seem to get extra attack and extra paths.
