Quest Bug: Performers never arrive at city...

I found a quest where traveling performers asked for help. I helped them out and in return they said they'd setup shop in my city. Well I checked out my city after completing the quest and could find no evidence of any modifiers or buildings having been created from the quest.

Please, take another look. You should now be able to build the Theatre of the Wind in one of your cities. If not, then it is definitely a bug.

I found this quest confusing. They should clarify what the process is to collect the reward.

You're right Gaunathor, there is a theatre available to be constructed in the build menu now. Like Heavenfall I think the wording could be improved a bit.
