[suggestion] Master quest always available

It would be nice to have the master quest always available, even if that victory condition is turned off.

You could simply play further after completing it.

Another idea would be to select "just a few turns more" after you fulfilled a victory condition. Last game I had my last opponent surrender and I would have liked very much to complete the master quest just for fun, but the game ended due to no opponent left.

Or is something like that already ingame?

I  turned off the master quest victory condition and the quest was still there and I was dissapointed.  I wanted something else to fill up this large section of the map.
