Buttons on the titlebar of IE 9

hello

i've windowblinds 7.4 installed and an apple mac osx skin so i've close/minimize/maximize buttons on the left of each window titlebar.

Unfortunately i cant have these huttons in internet explorer 9, the window appear correctly skinned but titlebar buttons doesn't appear so i'm unable to minimize/maximize and close internet explorer.

Someone know how to solve this problem ?

I've just moved the IE tabs below the address bar (so in different lines)

please help me 'cause i'm hardly going to start using IE after a long time cause seems very much better and faster than Firefox 15.
