Why does the Guillotine Axe have a weight of 80 ??? Sure, it's got a strong attack (18) ... but Curgen's Hammer has an attack of 50 and only has a weight of 25. Just seems like it's meant to be 18 instead of 80...
It is just meant for Juggernauts - they wield it one handed and do nice damage.
The OP has a point it's not nearly strong enough id say rework the axe:
Reduce Attack Power to 15, reduce weight to 36 from 80 ( double the weight of the trog battle axe ).
Remove crit chance bonus for something more unique and fitting: Back swing Cannot miss. Would actually add some serious power/synergy to the Jugg while not overshadowing the other two axes.
