Winstyles in Skin Browser

Just got Skin Browser and my subscription to WinCustomize. I've been able to download WB skins, Cursors, wallpapers, etc, not problems.
Winstyles seem to have issues though. I "apply" the winstyle in the browser. The browser downloads the file, usually small, and then kicks off an Extraction dialog. Which sits there. and sits there. and sits there. Never seems to do anything until I cancel it several minutes later.
I'm behind a corporate firewall, could that be blocking something that it's expecting to download? Any other ideas?
