[BUG][0.952] Quest Map Shop Item sometimes produces inactive quest tiles

I have an error with the shop item that spawns a quest it just give sometimes inactive quest tiles you can click it, the description is fine but if my Sov goes over it nothing happens!

 

Testet with various items i would say the rate is about 50/50. I can provide a savegame, if there is demand. Restart of game doesnt help!

Darn.  I haven't seen it yet it .952.

Best guess is it can randomly give you quests but that most of the quests can't be repeated, so the more scrolls you buy the worse it gets.  A few can be repeated, so the dud rate never gets to 100%.  I think the random selection is when you buy it, not when you try to use it, so save before you buy.

In my current campaign I've had the Assassin's Blade quest twice, and no duds yet, so I was getting hopeful.   Silly me.

Yeah the assassins Blade quest is some of the few that works i have that 2 times and the scrap golems vs wildlings that gives you a mount works good!
