Need help with account

Thanks. I will contact support like kryo suggest. Not sure about transferring registrations Doc seeing that you lose the source account and they are not transferred or maybe they are but I will see if support can fix it for me first.

I still cannot log into wincustomize after changing my password. I received a reply from support saying I may be encountering a bug with passwords over 12 characters long. It was suggested to reset my password to something under 12 characters. I ask how can I reset my password when i can no longer log into wincustomize? 3 days later and nothing has changed :'(

Zubaz perhaps I am not understanding or I have done  a poor job explaining. The link that tells me to reset password is no good. I am going to that link under this new user name, The email account associated with my original account JuniorCrooks no longer exist so if I enter the email address associated with that account I cannot click on any verification or activation links because I no longer have that email account. Therefore a reset is no good for me. I need to have my original account associated with my new address so I can have the activation resent and I think only support can do that.

I think you made this much more complicated that it needed to be (or perhaps it's our system).

Can you go to https://www.stardock.com/accounts/accountsetup.asp?SDID=1&Hide=True using yoru old account info and change your old email to your new one?

Zubaz how did I make this much more complicated then it needs to be? I logged onto wincustomize and changed my password. After I changed it I could no longer log into the site. So I guess if changing my password made it more difficult then it needs to be then I am at fault. What is going on now is there is an other account associated with kjcrooks@live.com with a user name of canuckken. I have no idea when that account was created but I sure do not remember creating it. I can change my password no problem under that account. The thing is I do not want that account. All I want is my old user account back JuniorCrooks so I can log into wincustomize and leave comments on my skins and maybe upload more. At this point I do not even care that much about registrations. I can always purchase again if I have too. I just want JuniorCrooks back.

One more thing. When I reset my passoword I had to have one didgit in the password. My old wincustomize password contained only letters. Did this change at some point?

Hmmmm, I don't have any numbers in my password, sure hope my account doesn't get screwed up too.  I'm afraid to even change my password now if I had to.
