[0.95]Encumbrance of designed units

I found that the encumbrance when building new units does not reflect the weight of the items as i first thought.

items create more encumbrance than they weigh, which i find strange.

Stranger though is that the weight capacity seems to rather cut down the encumbrance "multiplicator" of the items, but its a flat bonus to something.

How the hell is this calculated?

Items does not weigh a percentage, but weight like 5 units out of... whatever units have as standard (usually 30). The Design unit UI is terrible at explaining this.

The weight system works like for heroes, except you get the result as a percentage factor instead of weight in stones (or whatever is the form of measurement in the game).

Took myself some time to figure out, probably could use a slight update to the user interface to reflect how the weight works.

So lets say my soldier has a max weight capacity of 30, and i put in a hammer with weight 15, then the encumbrance is 50, being the percentage of weight i have used up?

might be right..

Yes if you hover over the encumbrance bar on a hero it shows you that its simply adding up the weight and a certain % of max capacity triggers the initiative penalties.

Units work the same way except you can't see those weight numbers in the designer, you can just see what happens to your initiative.
