Multiplicity 2 and Logitech SetPoint

I upgraded to Multiplicity 2 but I noticed a problem. I use Logitech SetPoint and have custom mouse sensitivity setting. On Multiplicity, I disable switching between computer from mouse movement and only enable switch by 4th and 5th mouse button. The problem that I am experiencing is that whenever I click the 4th button to control a secondary, then click the 5th button to return back to primary, the custom sensitivity setting from SetPoint is lost. However, if I click the 4th button (again), then click the 5th button, then the custom sensitivity will be back. So basically whenever I control secondary and return, I'd alternate between losing my custom sensitivity and getting it.  Multiplicity 1.x did not have this problem. Can you help me fix this? Thanks.

Do you have the same problem if you switch between computers using the mouse?

Yes, the same problem happens when I switch with mouse movement.
