0.95 [Big Bug] Crash before launching the program

I´ve uninstalled previous versions of this game and downloaded the new beta 4 twice. Each time I get a error msg when trying to start the program. It looks like this:

PS the language is Swedish which by happen chance also is my first language....

What it basically says is "The program can´t be started because its side by side configuration is faulty. Check the eventlogg or use the command tool systrace.exe for more information"

I´ve tired uninstialling, reinstalling, downloading again, using shortcuts, launching from the directory and trying to start it from the command prompt.

What can I do now? I have no clue? And I´ve never had any problem with any other program before which I´ve not been able to solve, and this kind of msg is really new to me.

Any suggestions?

Edit: No zip file in the Elemental-Fallen Enchantress folder (where it should have been if the crash occurred while playing etc. etc.?

 

Any help will be more then welcome :)

Thank you Sir, I will do as you suggest. The darnest thing is that I just did that but as usually only installed the "important" ones, not the whole package.

And I will try to read more in the forums the next time :)
