[Bugs or Features?] 0.915 Minor bugs

I'm enjoying the game a lot. Here are some minor bugs:

• I had a non-aggression pact with another player (Pariden). And that player made an outpost in the zone of control of one of my cities. This doesn't feel like it should be allowed.
• When leveling up a shieldman unit received  as one of the new possible skills, one of his starting skills, the shieldwall skill. I didn't take that skill, but will do it if I see it again.
• During a war I asked if Kraxis wanted to surrender, and they did. I discovered that Emperor Karavox carried 25 leather greaves. It doesn't seem like an optimun way to spend Gildar. I had seen 4 or 5 other heroes of his. Assuming he was carrying those greaves then he must had 20 unseen heroes.
• After surrendering Emperor Karavox pop-up says he has Burning blade cast on him. But that spell cannot be seen in the enchantment list in the Ledger. The pop-up said he had Burning blade cast on him before surrendering too.
