Login issues?

New to the game here folks, I've been trying to login to demigods for the past half hour with my login creds... 

Sadly it's not taking at all. So far this has been the most convoluted and annoying registration to get into a multiplayer game I think I have ever done but I really enjoy the game and wish to play with my brother....

So... any idea what I may be doing wrong? Using the same login for the forums.
