WindowBlinds Problem

Can somebody tell me why when I try run WindowBlinds 3.1a I receive an error message telling me there is a problem and WindowBlinds 2.0 cannot load, try reinstalling it? I've sent three emails to Stardock with no answer. Thanks!

well, the obvious answer is to uninstall it, re-download the file and reinstall it. The re-download is important because you could have a corrupt installation file. If that doesn't work then give a lot more information about your system, OS etc. to get some help. You also nmight want to post your question to the Windowblinds newsgroup where there are more likely to be people that could help with a strange problem. news://news.stardock.com/stardock.windowblinds

Thanks, I have uninstalled the program several times and re-downloaded the file with no luck. I run WindowsXP Pro
