I try starting the game, I only just got it... I get:

I tried reinstalling and updating my drivers, neither worked with same error.
After I posted this I did try verify integrity of game cache and reinstalling steam aswell, neither worked. I may aswell get my money back..
Hold on, think I may have found the issues, my anti-virus came up with a temporary display saying that the 1 file that verify comes up with is a virus? Thinks the exe is "CRYPT.WIN32" virus. I'll sort that out.
