ObjectDock 'Settings' window open every time I boot the computer

ObjectDock 'Settings' window open every time I boot the computer. I click the 'X' and it goes away but it is irritating. Any ideas on what I might be doing incorrectly?

It's likely that you have the executable in your startup folder and the OD setting checked to run at startup (using a different technology).  Change one or the other.

I have ObjectDock selected in Ultimate Startup Manager (USM). C:\Users\Scott\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup folder is empty. "Load ObjectDock at Startup" is not selected in the ObjectDock 'Settings' window. I can't thibk of any other ways it might be getting two start commands. I'll try undoing the USM and change the 'Settings' selection and see what happens.
