[0.915][Bug] Stop Burning Blade from Stacking

Since AI improper spell stacking is a running theme, I'll add yet another bug entry for it. Hopefully one fix can clear the whole lot of them.

I am going to have to agree with this.  I ran into Karavox as well that had about 15 Burning Blades stacked on him.  He had an attack of 145.  When he attacked one of my units he did 222 points of damage.  Karavox was level 8.  That coupled with his 56 armor pretty much him indestructible.  He leveled everything in his path.

This and the splash damage of juggernauts make the game almost unplayable.

Wait until some fool says, 'Oh but I like it when I cast it 100 times on my own sovereign'.

I noticed that I couldn't stack it, is that a bug or is it design.  If it is design, that is a poor choice.

well a level 7 hero with 140 attack is ridiculous and I don't know how he already had 56 armor, but he was a tank.

Just want to confirm it is still bugged . Just fought npc Magmar today 7/14 and he had it stacked to 250 attack.

Any enchantment in the game should NOT be able to stack. That can just be too abusive.

Today playing Magmar I found a spell you can actually stack for attack power. I foget the name but basically it's +1 attack for 250 mana. Also it occured to me there is a workaround for this bug if you have some powerful enviormental damage spells. You just need to inspect enemy armies and whenever you see a enemy Hero with some ridiculous level or attack power.. indirectly confirming that he's Burning Blade bugged....blast him before he gets into combat with any of yours.

Not a great fix but in my case I had just survived a 50 turn onslaught of attacks at my main city, it was late in the game and with offensive moves against all my enemies I had like 7 cities . Thing were looking up because my power ranking had shot up and people were willing to make peace as they had their armies smashed against me. I was excited to turn it all around and win and suddenly Magmar shows up at level 19 and one shots everthing. So I retired.

I could have pressed on taken some injuries on Heroes and kept killing him and taking his cities since I had stock of mana and spells. Would have took some work spamming pioneers and increasing my area of influence. Just was too new to even consider this.

And once you'd kill him maybe the enchantments would need to be recast.
