AI Diplomatic Actions

I'm not sure if this has been stated or been posted anywhere. I will state my issue with said topic.

 

Every time I start a round with allied AI no matter what map, within 10 minutes at least for the slowest, AI just starts to hand me missions about sending an envoy to their world. I haven't even gained a solid footing into the match and they bombard me with missions and every time I have to reject it or ignore it.  Usually they ask me to send 1 across and entire galaxy. Is there any way to stop this?

PS: So far I have been playing since Beta 2 and its still in the game.

Like you said if you don't want to make nice with the AI you can choose to just ignore the missions they send you on. You can even reject them if you don't bother the slight relations penalty that occurs after the mission rejection. When you reject a mission it will take more time before the AI sends you a new mission request.

Yea, I got that. Just I overall hate the fact that they send you missions BEFORE they even finish its research or even start it. Never seemed to occur in Diplomacy/Entrenchment

The only time I've seen them ask for envoy missions early in the game is if they were your starting allies. If the game is on locked teams not doing the mission has no negative consequences what so ever, and rejecting it should do almost nothing.

Is it slightly annoying? Yes, but there are far more important things that deserve to be at the top of the fix list I think.
